Booking Information

To avoid disappointment, early booking is strongly recommended, especially for weekends and school holidays. Short-notice requests may be possible depending on availability.

Private & Timed Bookings
​
For parties and events booked for a set time, a 20% deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is payable on or before the event. Full terms and conditions will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Pay-Per-Face Events
​
For pay-per-face events such as fairs, festivals, and public events, deposit requirements may vary depending on the nature and duration of the event. Any minimum fees, rates, or specific payment arrangements will be discussed and agreed in advance with the event organiser.
